Meet Something Major’s Dream Team
Randi Braun, Executive & Leadership Coach and CEO & Founder of Something Major
The accidental coach, reluctant entrepreneur, and proud leader of this Dream Team, Randi didn't "found" Something Major. Something Major found Randi by transforming a life-long passion for elevating other women into a leadership advisory and coaching firm that has partnered with 50+ organizations and countless individual coaching clients. Today, as CEO and a certified coach, speaker, and consultant, Randi’s services include:
Coaching: Working with individuals and organizations, Randi’s coaching empowers working women and moms: helping them level-up their leadership to live boldly, lead on purpose, achieve their goals without burning out, and navigate career, leadership (and life) transitions.
Something Major Leadership Labs: She also partners with organizations to build custom programs that supercharge their already-superstar women executives, advance their next generation of HI-PO emerging women leaders, and support, elevate, and empower their working moms.
Speaking and Facilitation: Having spoken for over 50 organizations, Randi inspires audiences as large as 400 and as intimate as eight on a variety of topics through speaking, workshops, facilitation, and custom leadership retreat design.
Consulting: Randi is a trusted partner and thought leader on women’s leadership and working parenthood in the workplace. While specializing with women, because Randi’s women clients are typically leaders of or members of diverse teams, Randi also works with audiences of both men and women to reduce burnout, and enhance culture and leadership more broadly inside organizations.

She leads the team responsible for retaining the NAM’s 2,000+ members through engagement in advocacy initiatives both in Washington and across the country.
