Realign & Recharge Your Goals With Us

As successful women, we are so good at crushing other people’s goals, but often feel crushed in the process.  Join Something Major to change that at our Realign & Recharge Retreat at The Montauk Yacht Club (May 9-10).

  • Why Join: Led by Wall Street Journal best-selling author, certified women’s leadership coach, and Something Major Founder, Randi Braun, this immersive, two-day retreat for women will focus on realigning and recharging our goals.

  •  What You’ll Gain: With an intimate cohort of women leaders, we’ll spend two days unpacking the common traps that keep high-performing women focused on everybody else’s goals and how to overcome them. After two days of coaching, content, and networking, you can expect to leave re-energized with your own personal game plan for your goals and how to achieve them when you get back to work on Monday.

  • Proven Value: While the setting is always stunning, Something Major retreats are not a “vacation” or a “boondoggle.” Realign & Recharge is a content-rich leadership development experience that past participants have described as "absolutely perfect," "transformational" and "exactly what I needed” (hear more from retreat alum below).

Retreat Agenda at a Glance:

  • Day 1: Kicking off at 1:00pm, we’ll spend the afternoon diving into our first “Realign & Recharge Your Goals” workshop, exploring the most common "avoiding-our-goals-traps" that successful women fall into, learning tools to overcome them, and participating in exercises to clarify our most authentic goals. With time for informal networking along the way, we’ll enjoy a welcome reception at the Montauk Yacht Club’s waterfront firepit, before our networking dinner.

  • Day 2: Resuming the next morning, we’ll start with a delicious breakfast, before picking up on our second “Realign & Recharge Your Goals” workshop where we’ll build our own game plans for bringing our goals home with us. We’ll enjoy a networking lunch together and a group completion exercise before our retreat concludes at 2:00pm (just in time to catch the express train back to NYC or JFK airport… though participants are absolutely welcome to extend their stay at this iconic hotel).

“Attending this event is the investment in yourself and your wellbeing that you didn’t know you needed."

As a two-time participant in Something Major Retreats, I have been equally amazed and impressed by the quality of conversation, instant camaraderie of women from completely different backgrounds, and the ease at which Randi facilitates thought-provoking discussion”
