Allyson Eman, CEO of Venture Atlanta:
Allyson Eman has more than 30 years of marketing, communications, sales leadership and business development experience. In 2007, Allyson took on the role of Executive Director for the newly created Venture Atlanta annual conference. Allyson has worked with key business leaders across the country and founding organizations Metro Atlanta Chamber, Atlanta CEO Council and Technology Association of Georgia to build Venture Atlanta. In 2020, Eman was promoted to CEO. Prior to joining Venture Atlanta, Allyson was the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications for SouthStar Funding, a wholesale mortgage lender headquartered in Atlanta. During her 9- year tenure with the firm, she helped the company grow from 8 employees to 800 with 30 nationwide offices. Allyson received a BS from the University of Florida and resides in Marietta with her husband and two children.

Marquetta J. Bryan, a graduate of Emory University and Cleveland State University College of Law, cum laude, is a Partner in Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP's Atlanta office, where she is the immediate past Chair of the firm’s Ethics Committee, a member of the firm’s DEI committee and a leader in the firm’s women on the go affinity group. A passionate, effective and influential leader, Marquetta is the immediate past chair of the Leadership DeKalb Board of Directors, a past Chair of the Georgia Board of Directors of the American Cancer Society, and the former Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors of the Georgia Legal Services Program. She also serves on the Emory University Alumni, DeKalb Symphony Orchestra, and Page Turners Make Great Learners Boards of Directors. Marquetta has won numerous awards for her community, legal and philanthropic work, including being recognized by the Profiles in Diversity Journal – Black Leaders Worth Watching Award; Atlanta Magazine – Women Making A Mark Honoree; Rolling Out Magazine – Top 25 Woman of Atlanta; Atlanta Tribune "Woman to Watch"; and has been recognized numerous times as one of America’s Best Lawyers for Employment Litigation Management and Education law.

Rachael Jones is an award-winning healthcare executive, thought leader in advancing ValueBased Care, and self-proclaimed “healthcare analytics nerd” adept in telling stories with data. As a deep Value-Based Care expert, her distinguished career spans over 25 years in senior leadership roles for some of the largest health insurers and healthcare IT solutions providers in the U.S including Cotiviti, Anthem (Elevance Health), HealthFirst, and the TriZetto Group.
