You’ve likely heard of the mind-body connection: but do you know how to actually make use of it for your own well-being?
Most high-performing women don’t. Or what they do know has turned them off, as some kind of “woo-woo” pseudo-science.
That’s exactly why executive coach Randi Braun is sitting down with endocrinologist-turned-coach Dr. Karen Barnard on Friday, March 26th at 12pm ET for a science-based conversation about harnessing the intelligence of the mind-body connection.
Science is making leaps and bounds in this area of study, and you’ll hear straight from a double-board-certified physician and certified coach about the latest research. Randi and Dr. Barnard will also discuss topics like how to recognize the physical signs of stress and burnout, as well as how you can leverage the mind-body connection to live both a more productive and purposeful life, before opening it up to your questions.
If taking better care of yourself, feeling less burned out, getting more intentional, or becoming more effective is on your agenda for 2021, this is a conversation you don’t want to miss. So please join us on March 26th.
Let’s Do Lunch is a Something Major event that is held on the last Friday of each month, bringing dynamic women together for dynamic conversation. The event is always free, but advanced registration is required.
