A year into the pandemic, we’re burned out. Join our conversation about restoring our sanity when our workplaces are in crisis.
A year into working from home--or living at work--we’re not just exhausted, we’re burned out.And we’re hitting critical burnout mass as a workforce: with nearly 70% of Americans exhibiting signs of burnout, with depression and anxiety rates spiking (especially for Americans of color), and with 2 million+ working moms leaving the workforce.
We are in crisis, en masse, so where do we go from here?
As we mark a year into the pandemic, Something Major is convening a panel of experts and leaders to share what they are doing to preserve their sanity and the sanity of their teams. Please join executive coach and Something Major Founder, Randi Braun, for a candid conversation about the state of burnout in our workplaces with three dynamic panelists:
Carolina Lopez Herz, VP of North America at the global PR firm BCW
Kat Myers, Head of People at Respondent, a 100%-remote tech company
Claudia Howard, Sr. Account Executive at Google
We’ll be taking your Q&A so be sure to attend live for this can't-miss conversation. This event is free but advanced registration is required.
