Randi Braun, Moderator: Specializing with women leaders, Randi Braun is a certified executive coach and CEO of Something Major. She is also the author of the forthcoming women’s leadership book, Something Major: The New Playbook for Women at Work (New Degree Press, 2023). A sought-after thought leader, Braun’s insights on women’s leadership, thriving in working parenthood, professional relationship building, and burnout have been featured in The Washington Post, Forbes, Parents Magazine, and The Chicago Tribune, among others. Braun has worked with more than 40 organizations across government, the Fortune 500, trade associations, non-profits, and others. Dr. Jennie Byrne: lives to connect the dots between people and ideas in new and unexpected ways. As a MD/PhD and psychiatrist, Dr. Byrne is a clinical translator with strong people skills who enjoys bringing psychological savvy and EQ to complicated problems. Dr. Byrne is also the author of Work Smart - Brain/Behavior/Creativity and the Future of Work (expected publication January 2023).
‘Iolani Bullock: is Vice President of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) at The Carlyle Group. In her role she drives global DEI strategy with a data-driven focus on programming and initiatives. She began her career on Wall Street in human capital management. She sat on the MBA admissions committee for Georgetown's McDonough School of Business and served as the first, full-time employee to oversee diversity initiatives. In her spare time, she serves on the Board of Trustees for the Global Citizens Public Charter School, the first public charter school to offer dual Mandarin and Spanish language immersion in Washington, DC. 'Iolani is also a children’s book author and mother of two. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University and her MBA from Georgetown University.
Ashley Herd: is the founder of Manager Method(®), providing training and tools for managers and employees. She uses her experience as a General Counsel and Head of HR, combined with her knack for stand-up comedy, to run one of the largest HR accounts on TikTok, @managermethod.
